Ideally located just a short stroll up the hill from the beach and cafes, it's designed to make the most of the stunning sea views from almost every room. Five sets of bifold doors lead to the sheltered deck, great for year-round indoor/outdoor living. The coastal chic interior is spacious, sunny and modern, featuring two sparkling new bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
This house really is designed to holiday in style. Enjoy BBQs, drinks and sunsets on the deck, or enjoy the ever-changing bay vista without even stepping outside.
Three spacious queen bedrooms, one with ensuite, two with sea views. Linen supplied. Both the ensuite and main bathroom have just been stylishly refurbished.
Fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer with ice-maker and filtered water, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.
In cooler weather, cosy comfort is assured with double-glazing, a heat pump, panel heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom.
The garden slopes away to incredible bay views but access to the house and decks is flat, with internal garage and off-street parking.
